Blazers Supporters Club

The Derby Trailblazers Supporters Club exists to help the basketball club achieve its aspirations at all levels, both on and off the court.
Formed at the start of the 2006/07 season, it is primarily focussing its attention on helping to promote the Senior Mens side, but it is hoped to expand this as time goes by and more volunteers are recruited.
Current subscription rates are £10 adults, £2.50 children. This entitles members to various reductions from activities throughout the season. If you're already a paid up club member, you will automatically receive free Supporters Club membership.
The current committee comprises:
  • Chairman – Chris Acton
  • Secretary/Treasurer – Jean Chaplin
  • Social Secretary – Steve Williams
  • Media Liaison – Nigel Cash
  • General Committee Members – Clare Plant, Laura White, Phil Matthews and Rachel Burton.
Our aims are simple. To do whatever we can to help the club, whether that be by helping to secure monies through sponsorship or fundraising events, or by organising social events to help promote interaction between players and supporters, or by helping to organise volunteers to work on the various tasks that are required to make match nights run smoothly.
If you’d like to be involved, please speak to one of us on a match night. There’s a supporters club table by the door, next to the ticket desk.

Our Main Sponsor

Parker Hannifin have been a sponsor and friend to the club for several years.  They have provided kit for all our teams so that they look smart and professional when they take to the floor.  Without support such as this, clubs like ours would struggle to survive.
